Sobriety and linearity, characterized by large corner windows, become the dominant theme of the house projected towards the panorama of the Alps, where the sun goes down.
The building is not visible from the access road and is relatively distant from neighboring houses.
The constructive system is mixed because foundations, ground retaining walls and pillars have been realized in reinforced concrete; any other thermal and acoustic protection material is placed according to the law.
The house, designed on two levels and with a flat roof, has a linear connotation highlighted by the shape of the windows and their arrangement generally asymmetrical; the amplitude of these tends to reinforce their architectural features.
A long rectangular pool of 90 square meter flows along the living room and fills the facade with nuances of plaster and zinc Titanium, the poolside are made of wood for exterior and are on the same level of the water.
